I have just bought a Beosound Century only to discover that the CD does not respond. The CD loads as normal and track 1 briefly appears then the [ ] CD paused sign appears. The CD at no time begins to turn. When I received the BS Century the transport screws were screwed in tightly, I released them before trying to start the CD. Everything else works

I have recently bought a 2nd hand dvd1. I presume it is the mark two version as it has an S Video connection on the back and there is no switch for selecting a different TV. I did not get an instruction booklet. The DVD works fine but to play you have to press GO twice and I cannot get a menu bar by pressing any of the coloured buttons, also you have

I have a Beocentre 2300 and Avant 28" VCR linked together with a beolink convertor. Although the beocentre works it can be temperamental. When I press SAT for the TV the doors open and the lights come on on the 2300, they stay open until I put the system into standby. Also when I select CD the CD lights up the Avant shows the CD function is activated
