    Hi. I experience the same problem on Windows Vista. I thought it was caused by the later versions of Beoport/Beoplayer software, so I installed an old version 4.x of Beoport. Unfortunately the exact same problem. Regards /Ulo

    Hi David. I had the same problem when I tried to use cat5 cabling and the B&O/Lexcom cable between by BS3000 and the cat5 wall outlet. What I found out, was that you need a shielded cat5 or cat6. The shield is actually used as the 9’th wire. The problem you are experiencing does not apply to all Masterlink units, only the beolab 3500 as far

    Hello Alex. Is there a similar function to the "all-power-down function" that will allow all link units to power on by pressing a button or function on the Beo4? (i.e from any link product turn on all link products in all rooms) Regards /ULO

    Hello Keith. I have successfully been running Masterlink through CAT6 STP using the Lexcom products. They also offer the same support for Powerlink – so without my own experience with Powerlink, a would be surprised if i doesn’t work. What you need for running Powerlink is: 1. Adapter from B&O Powerlink to Lexcom (cable part no. 6270017
