I found the service manual in the "User and Service Manual" section of the main site, but I was not able to find the user manual. Could anyone who has the user manual (not the service manual) please make a PDF copy available in the "User and Service Manuals" section of the main site. That would be very much appreciated! Many thanks

As it has seen little or no use over the last year or so, I am selling my beloved Beolink 7000 RDS type 1631, which I have onwed since new: - mint cosmetics: the alu plate, the glass plate and the body are all really immaculate (except one tiny dent at the bottom edge of the alu plate, which only a close inspection will reveal: see the red arrow on

If I remember well: - the Beocentral website says there are only minor differences between the BM3000 and the BM3000-2 and that both have the same power; - but the book of the Jarman brothers says that the BM3000 was 2x30W and that the BM3000-2 was a more powerful version with 2x40W. Can anyone please confirm? Many thanks, js

Hi Evan, many thanks for your comments.
I would buy both!
Well, I am thinking about that as well I have a fully restored 3000-2, but I wonder whether a 4500 would be better for my purpose. Actually I need to drive a pair of Beolab 3 and I have two options with the 3000-2: - either take the pre-amp signal (a renowned

Thanks dmacri. Does anyone have experience with the 1970's 3000-2 and 1990's 3500/4500 and can anyone tell which sounds best? Thanks, js

I am considering selling my Beolink 7000 on eBay but I am wondering about the reserve price. It is in mint condition (really immaculate, not any dent or scratch), perfectly working (red LEDs, dynamic LCD with blue backlight, touch screen, IR transmitters/receivers all faultless), fitted with new NiMH batteries, table top and original docs (but not boxed

I edited my original post to simplify my question. I hope it is clearer this way Many thanks, js

I wish to connect a pair of Beolab 3 to a preamp with RCA outputs. I have the appropriate Power Link Mk3 cables, so I only need to add a RCA male / Power Link female adapter. I went to two different B&O dealers and none was able to identify the right part (they did not even seem to understand that such part did exist and that the Beolab 3 switch

EDIT I have the choice between two receivers for one of my setups: - a fully restored Beomaster 3000-2; or - a more recent Beomaster 3500/4500. As I cannot compare side-by-side before deciding: in your experience, which one will sound best? Not in terms of power, but purely in terms of sound quality (definition, transparency)? The old star or the more
