    Just a question: did you place the source selector switch on video (the same thing happened to me with a beovision avant until I found you must choose the type of source ( audio, video or off) Philippe

    This I did not do : according to my documentation sound 0 removes the function of the remote for this product (ie audio source) is this correct .I tried the 4 combinaison of sound and video 1 and 2 : the remote worked only with video 2 and I could see no change for sound 1 or 2. Then I went to a friend who has a beocenter 9500 to try and see: after

    Yes, I did. I also changed the audio and video setting on both the remote and AV9000 with no success. Maybe I should rephrase the symptoms (which are clearer after more tries): 1) When I use the remote for Video sources everything is fine : commands work and display (the top red line) on the remote is complete (ie for instance TV 3 V 20 when listening

    good evening, I just purchased a beolink 7000 to operate my AV 9000. the one way (command) operation works fine but the 2 way (ie feedback from the AV9000) does not: It does work fine for all video sources or when an audio source is selected from the MPAV 9000 but, when an audio source is selected from stand by with the remote, the only display I get
