  • Beosound 3200 and Beosound 4 information

    Dear All, I am contemplating the purchase of either a Beosound 3200 or Beosound 4 and have some questions regarding both systems. The Beosound 3200 has a built-in hard disk capable of storing 396 Cds, I would like to know the storage capacity size of the hard disk ? the format these files are stored in and if they are compressed and at what compression

    Dear All, Many thanks for your replies, I have decided to go for the MK III, just one other thing does anybody know anything about the MK III 100Hz with motion compensation ? is it only the MK III that has this ?. Kind Regards Matt Stringer

    Dear All, I am looking to purchase a BeoVision Avant 32 DVD Real Flat either a MK II type 8453 or a MK III type 8463, both televisions have similar low levels of usage and are in mint condition with only a small differential in price. As far as I am aware both the Avant 32 DVD Real Flat MK I and MK II used the same chassis whereas the Mark III used

    Yes it is a type 8603, that means there is no option to change the picture setting ?, I am most surprised at that, most basic televisions have some sort of adjustment options. Matt

    There is just the option of 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, despite looking at all the sub menus in the SETUP there is no sound menu or picture for that matter.

    Thanks for the information Stig, unfortunately when I go to the SETUP menu there is no picture option, there is PICTURE ASPECT, CONNECTION and a few others but nothing for contrast, brilliance etc, I have yet to find any for bass and treble adjustment. Regards Matt

    I recently acquired a Beovision 1 with Beo 1 remote control, unfortunately I do not have the manual, so far I have managed to work out how to auto tune the stations and most usual functions but would like to adjust the picture contrast, brightness and brilliance which I cannot find any menu for ? What if any are the default setting for picture contrast
