Hi all - I have a Beocenter 9000 and a small black disc surrounded by a spring which holds the cd in place has cracked, no longer holding a cd. Been to 2 B&O shops, both who said you would need to replace the cd unit using a CD REPAIR KIT - no one seems to stock one of these (emailed all 200+ dealers...). Any one have any ideas? Seems crazy to write
