MK1 is the original thin cable with blue, green and yellow strands which was supplied with most Active speakers. MK2 cable is thicker as it has all 8 pins connected. This was used for the original active speakers that had displays such as PentaLab. MK3 (with the triangle) is not as thick as fully wired Poewrlink. It has an extra earth cable (blue).
