    Hello nice people of beoworld forum. I finally got my self into buying a ipod and put all my cd:s on it. I remember that there was somebody modifying ipod docks to be remote controlled via classic B&O remotes. System is white beosystem 6500 + beovox S80.2 with remotes: beolink 7000, master control panel 65000 and beolink 1000. I must say i have

    Hello! I found a mmc4 for sale locally , would it fit? i have a white beosystem 6500 wich i love and have just got intersted to listen my old vinyls. The sound quality is rather poor so i was thinking mabye i need to do something? so could it be just the needle and can it be changed separately or is always with the cartridge?? I found a relatively cheap

  • beolink 7000 needs repairing?? where to ask for help?

    Hello nice people of beoworld. I just found a beogram 6500 LP player and beolink 7000 remote go with my beomaster 6500, But the beolink is not working. It was a working for a while ( one line of signs was missing though) but now it wount start and dosent seem to charge? I called the official B&O service in finland, but they hardly knew what is beolink

    Thank you peter. It worked like magik! You really know your way around old beomasters. I am very thankful of your time and advice---- listening Finish Jazz, sipping Fullers porter - knowing that theres nothing wrong with the BM. That it was just a lack of knowledge as usual.     Hello and thanks for your thoughts. I tried tricks you mentioned with no effect. The "TIMER OFF" stays on the display. I can use the timer though , meaning that i can set the BM to go on and of on setted times. So i would think that the timer is working. Weird ???i am abit lost here: Any other ideas? would be most appreciated! With best regards

  • Beomaster 6500 "TIMER OFF"

    Hello nice people of beoworld! I just purchased a beatiful white beosystem 6500 with matching MCP6500. Ineed some help with it. It is working ok but there is "TIMER OFF" sign on the BM display all the time. I have used the search on this forum and mingled and manouvered alot with the remote but just cant make it dissapear?? so could somebody
