Hi, I joined you because I got the same pb since the tel fell on the floor. I can't get de tel opened, do you need a special tool? There are certainly some hidden clips, because after unscrewing the 2 under the battery ti doesn't move a damn. Can somebody give me hint? great to hear from you, beonils
