  • Beovision 7 mk2 & Sky HD

    I'm having sky hd installed @ the weekend & im just wondering if there are any known compatibility issues with my mk2 bv7. I had the software upgraded last year as i had an issue with my ps3. Does anybody know the current version for the mk2 Thanks

    Thanks for the reply.. under the service menu I get ap sw: 7.0 & a few other fields. Am i looking at the correct field? Thanks

    Hi all I have a mk2 bv7 that I need to find the software version of... I know how to go into service menu but from there I am lost... can anybody point me in the right direction... thanks

    Hi Jeff I tried what you said about adding the v.aux setting but im still having the same issue. In fact when using the v.aux source I don't even get the ps3 start up chime I used to when using the pc source. Also with the v.aux source I don't even get audio via the analogue inputs. Its really strange am im hoping I can get this sorted, im currently

    Thanks again Jeff.. as I mentioned that im only using vmem for my second sat box. For the ps3 im currently trying to use the pc input as I originally thought that was the only possible option I could use to select the dvi input. Its starting to make sense now.. I will try adding V.AUX and then give it a go will let you know!

    Hi Jeff Thanks for the reply as its extremely appreciated.. come to think of it my bv7 may indeed be a mk2, I purchased in June 06 & its the hd model. When you mention that you have the TV set to VAUX, where is this as on my remote I have VMEM which I currently use for a second satellite box. I had a look this morning on the VMEM setting but I cannot

    Hi Guys I have 40" beovison 7, mark 1 which has dvi input. I have currently been enjoying hd gaming via my ps3 but always had analogue sound. I recently purchased a toshlink optical to coax convertor. I'm having issues as im not getting any sound. I have checked all the settings on the ps3 & bv7 ensuring that the audio source on pc is set
