Hi Alex, You seem pretty "clued-up" on this subject ... Have you been aware of this shortcoming for a while? ... I had been struggling with the problem of external digital connections ever since I bought my Beovision 7 some 18 months ago. I figure that anyone with a HD STB (Sky or V+) will potentially the same problems. Alan

jro: Hello, Are you sure about the Beovision 7 does not support digital 2-channel PCM? I have feed both HD ready and first generation BV7s with Music DVD contains PCM stereo track and it works fine.
