Hi Has anyone ever tried this, will the stand hold ??? (I only put it on to take a photo) I am thinking about what can I do with the stand, my Beosound 2300 had finally given up playing CD and I have no intention to fix it. So what can I do with the stand apart from selling it.

Remove fabric from both old speaker frets (simply cut and tear it off) 3. Cut the tape in small pieces and put them on one side(the side you attach to Beolab
