Hi Stuart Thanks for the response. I thought the beocom 9600 was the one based on the Ericsson phone only? The problem is the beocharger 9800 has a 5pin connector which comes from the power supply, I can't seem to find any service manual or anyone who has one :( spoken to some b&o specialists and they don't have the service manuals for these

Hello All This is my first post, and i'm glad to have some B&O products :) Wonder if someone could help me. I have an old Beocom 9800 with the Beocharger 9800 which a friend gave me. The problem is, the power supply from the mains to the Beocharger 9800 has some damaged wires and basically 3 of the wires have broken off the 5 pin connector.
