I bought my BeoCom about 10 years ago and have enjoyed this excellent product. Unfortunately the sound from the earpiece has suddenly dropped in volume. Even with the volume cranked all the way up the caller is barely auidable. Is there a known fix for this? Is it a faulty component or is the phone at the end of it's life? Cheers
