hey i seem to have the same problems too, except I have Beolab 4. Can you help me? im not quite sure what cable u r talking about. My setup is a cable (7 pin DIN to 3.5mm) from BeoLab 11 to my computer. And then both my Lab 4s are connect to my 11. I don't know what that sleeve thingy is Help me pleeease thanks
