    Yep, it looks like the gasket was just a little sticky. I got the driver out and I'm gonna see if I can replace the foam. Thanks for the help!

    Here's the speaker mounted, those are the 4 clips I removed, but something else appears to be holding the speaker on. Here's where you can see the foam is ripped.

    The foam is ripped around the cone on the woofer, I removed the back and could see that the foam was ripped, but couldn't figure out how to remove the speaker. There were 4 clips screwed in surrounding it, but removing those did nothing to free it. I'll snap some pics.

  • Beovox RL2000

    I've got a pair of Beovox RL2000 speakers, and one of the woofers is blown. Can anyone point me to directions to remove the woofer and a suitable replacement? Thanks!
