my dealer has configured my Beovision 7-40 to "use" the Philips HDRW720 but each command gets sent twice by the B&O he says he cannot help without a revision to the PUC codes but none is fothcoming. Any ideas?

My dealer uploaded software to allow me to control the HDRW720 via PUC but every command gets duiplicated he cannot seem to resolve the problem any ideas? Thanks

I have a Beomaster 7000 connected to a Beovision 7-40 with the Beovision 7-40 in control. The retailer who supplied the television and connected tit all up is not longer in business and I can no longer chnage radio tuning on the Beomaster. Can anyone help? Thanks
