Thanks Graham! I resolved my issue today. Quite simple, I went to maplins and purchased a 3m line cord White BT to Rj11. Plugged this in to the secondary plug of a single socket 2way splitter and everything's working fine! Thanks to all for comments and help. Z.

Hello, I have got a Beotalk 1200 and am trying to set it up. I have power to the unit and it looks great, only rob em is it is not recognising the phone line.
