Hi Rookie How did the BL5's sound with the BL2? I have one that i'm thinking of adding, even though it seems so wrong :)

Hi guys I have recently purchased a pair of BL5's as well. I, too have been slightly disappointed in the bass response. It sounds bizzare because how can you argue with two 15" subwoofers?? Previously i had a pair of BL 8000's connected along with a BL2. There was some serious but not over the top bass coming from them which i enjoyed.

Hi Yendys It was flashing an orange colour. I spoke to a B&O tech and it looks like it needs a service. A bit disappointing after only 2yrs use. Just curious to see if anyone else had experienced the same.

Hi fellow Beoworlders Had an issue last night whereby one of my BL 4000's stopped working and the light started flashing continously. I'm presuming this isn't good. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Tks Mark

Tks Alen Floor's are tiled. Rear's actually sound superb from that height. My only decision was whether to mount them horizontaly or verticaly. Cheers

Hi Guys Re: S/PDIF What happens with a connection to a BV40? Does it have an output. From what i've been told the S/PDIF is only for external components. ie: BS9000, Blue Ray player I'm about to take delivery of a set of BL5's so just want to get all cabling sorted. Tks

Hi Chicken No i wont be attaching the BL2. I'm sure the bass would well and truely be enough. Can you use the BL2 on the rears? (BL4000's)

Thanks for everyone's comments. I've made up my mind that i will be purchasing them and can't wait. I was probably more concerned with the second part of my post in regards to ex demo's. Cheers again I will keep you updated on the difference. :)
