Hell there, I've just bought an Avant 32" vcr, type 8423 from ebay and I'm having trouble connecting sky, dvd etc to it. There are 5 scart sockets on the rear, three half way down, from left to right labelled decoder, av and v-tape and two further down labelled v-tape decoder and tv. the only one that appears to work is the one labelled
