Hello, I had to do a battery change in mine. I got the battery from ESP Special Batteries www.espspecialbatteries.co.uk www.cordlesstelephonebatteries.co.uk it also came with this code 9#9#9 *655 but they suggested if the first code did not work then try some other codes to try were 9#9 * 655 & 9#9#9#* 560 Mine works fine now. Good company to deal
