Recently taken delivery of new Virgin Media HD set top box manufactured by CISCO. Neither Virgin technician nor B&O engineer are able to get the HD service. We are able to display HD banner on screen and view the HD miniguide but do not get an HD picture. Has anybody else had this problem that appears to be incompatibility between the two pieces
