    Thanks for the reply Peter. I'm using an SP14. It was originally very dirty, it came up ok with cleaning, but if its worn that wouldn't fix anything... Retipping might be the go. I agree with the 2000. The unhinged lid is dumb! None the less, it is a stunning looking (and hopefully soon operating) unit.

    Hi All, New member here :) I've recently got my beogram 1203 turntable setup plugged into my luxman l200 amp. It was running slightly slow, and I've replaced the belt which fixed the problem. Other than the button not functioning particularly well (takes multiple presses), I have noticed that the treble sounds rather subdued. Is this a sign
