I finally opted for Beovision 7-55 instead. The BV 9 was just too tall. I have the BV 7-55 on the low stand and it's shorter than my old BV3-32. I have to admit it's just stunning and presents standard Freeview pretty well so looking for ward to September for Freeview HD. Nguyen

I would be interested in how owners of Beocenter 2 have hidden the chocolate box of connections. I don't really want the unit on display nor do I have a cabinet big enough to sling it in. The Beovision 3 cabinet is too narrow to place it in. Alternative furniture solutions would be of interest. I may be in the position to hid it in the wall but

Roger That's a great review and many thanks. I prefer the look of the Beovision 9 to the 7-40 range. I have to admit I was briefly distracted by the ability to replace the panel when it's upgraded. Obviously this can't be done with the Beovision 9 but would I really feel the need to if the image is still excellent even if its on a dated

I'm intrigued in this upgrading, how do get to find the screens only without shelling out for the stand & speaker. I'm also assuming you nanage to keep the beosystem 3 chassis? Nguyen

I would love to know from Beovision 9 owners if they compared any other Beovisions before making the choice? Really interested in picture performance (LCD/LED v Plasma argument) and whether it has lived up to their expectation or surpassed it. Silly question, is it okay with SD signals? What source is the plasma panel? Panasonic? Screen Size is not

Seanie As much as I admire B & O it's not the technology that determines the purchase but their looks and how they will look in 5 years or more time. Many of the B & O products are timeless with so many companies trying to emulate the style. If you want technology, buy Sony or Samsung etc. You can replace them every year and still spend
