Hi MADSLP, I too run with Windows 7 64-bit and found that the BEO5 configuration program doesn't run under W7 64-bit. However, I did find a workaround. Hi Keith, this sounds like the remote and device do not adhere to the standards. The only reason why it acts this way is to give the device time to respond.
