Hi. I bought the Beotalk 1200 privately. When trying to record an announcement I push the middle button to record a message the timer counts while I speak. But when I push it again it flashes 0:00 and there's a click and a dash (-) appears to the left of the screen for a few seconds before the time and date re-appears. When I call to test, it rings
