Hello - until this afternoon, the cover of my Beocord 3500 opened and closed fully without any problem. But it suddenly stopped closing fully and stops a near end (5 mmm to 1 cm from the normal closed position). Anyone with a solution to this problem would be most welcome. Best - P

Hello - a simple but crucial info: the BeoWorld FAQ suggests to use a 5-pin-DIN to 4 RCA adapter to connect a non B&O products to my Bang & Olufsen's 7-pin DIN socket. But how do I connect the B&O 7-pin DIN to a 5 pin DIN? Does this require another adaptor? Thanks for your help P
