Hello, I have been given a DVD2 recently and do not have a BEOVison. Is there anyway to control the DVD2, either with the beo4 or an alternate means? I would really like to use this, rather than having it collect dust with no means to either play or record as there is no manual interface. Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Hello, I was recently given a DVD2 with a beo4 remote and promtly connected to my sony plasma, however it seems that the DVD2 has no IR eye to recieve the beo4. Can anyone provide me with a solution? As it is a Phillips underneath, will a phillips remote work? Thank you, Clay
