Let's just assume for the moment that I am an idiot, because I can't figure out how to get this thing disassembled. I need to sell it so I can upgrade, but if I'm going to ship it I want to take it apart so it can ship properly and safely. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get the 'plate' off?
