Thanks, I've double checked and for horizontal flat on the wall the arrow needs to be pointing head up towards the main console strip, thats where I've positioned the arrow but still the whirring noise?? BTW- the arrows actually click into place for the 4 various positions and as per ref.guide should be like the 12/3/6/9 of a clock dial but

Hi, my beosound 9000 is making a whirring sound when I play a CD. It has been in storage for about 2 years and is now being placed flat horizontally on the wall fitted with a bracket, previously it was vertically flat on a wall with a bracket.
