The cable that is referred to is the B&O IR emitter cable that came with your TV. It is attached to the front of the REBL. I got it from my local B&O store. But you can also order it online, if you have the B&O cable.

It works great, you just need to have the rebl on your STB list. Once it's paired with the PS3 it just works flawlessly.

It would work, but B&O has made official support for the RE-BL, IR to Bluetooth converter for the PS3. It is available here http://www.re-bl.com
