Thanks Guys for all your help. I connected from the aux (overture) to the AV out (TV) and it's working wonderfully. We now have a choice of listening to the sound through the TV or switching to surround sound through the overture (for movie night). Thanks again. Peter

I had to recently replace my very old MX5000 TV with an interim LG 42PG20R Plasma TV. I was using a Beolink converter to connect the MX5000 to my Overture (to create a mock surround sound). The overture is connected to a beolink converter (using the master link) this then outputs from the audio aux link into the MX5000 TV. So, my question to you is
