I have a similar problem with Beocom 1. I connected a Vonage line to Line 1 and an analog PSTN line to Line 2. I don't get Caller ID on either line except for one call in the last 10 days. I bought these phones (3 Beocom 1 and 1 Beocom Base) in December 2008 in the US. I am currently living in India, but the fact that neither the Vonage (US) line
