Ciao Anzi Mio Italiano e cattivo! So I will reply in Italian. I am in the UK at the moment but return to Alberobello in November for the olive harvest. Thank you for the suggestion which I will try when I am there. In fact someone else suggested similar and recommended unplugging the speakers and plug in headphones - if this solves the problem then

Everytime I push the volume past 4 on my Beocenter 7002 after about 5-10 seconds it goes into standby. It does this on all inputs and even tried switching to speakers B but it still did it. Can anyone help this ageing rock chick whose hearing is going and volume four is no longer loud enough!!! Lizzy x

Hi Having just discovered this forum and although I am technically ignorant, I really want to get the best out of my system - it is such a work of art, it deserves to be looked after! So here goes I have a crackling S80 with my Beocenter 7002. Switched over speaker leads and channels and it is definitely the speaker. It occurs more in the bass range
