19 y old :)

My beoconnect keeps crashing all the time on my macbook pro. Every time i start the application, mac os x says the program stopped because of an error. I already tried reinstalling the program a couple of times but the problem stays. Anyone have an idea? greetz Lukas

I'm only 18 years old and I study computer science. So i know how to rip cd's in a "lossless" audio format. My dealer offered to rip my cd's for me and place them on my beomaster 5! So I would suggest to kindly ask you're dealer....
