  • Re: Suitable replacement drivers for P45?

I have tried myself to fix the problem by, as you say disassembling to component parts then trying to reassemble. I did get as far as thinking i'd succeded when i got the cone moving freely along its path when moved by hand but when assembled into the speaker it sounded bad! Surely there are thousands of different size speakers out there, one must

Hello, I have a lovely pair of P45's which have suffered in the hands of a courier and all the bass drivers have locked up. I have had a look for replacement drivers on the net and dont know which way to turn! Can anyone suggest a suitable brand to go for to complement the original spec? Thanks Jeff

  • Re: Beomaster slider parts availability?

I bought a 3000-2 not so long ago and I am missing the complete volume and tuning slider assembly's! • 3000-2 restoration project

Hi, I have recently aquired a white BM 3000-2 in need of some light restoration. The volume slider and also the tuner slider is missing. Can any one confirm that these parts are shared with any other BM's or BC's for example the BC 4600? This is also a plea to all you collectors of spare parts who might be able to help me out! For a small consideration

  • Re: DROPPED S45-2's!

I've been messing around with one of the damaged drivers! I managed to split apart the whole magnet assembly without damaging any thing, apparently! I then figured out a way of reassembling using superglue and a vice (and lots of patience!) and hey presto, one working bass driver! The difficult bit was centralising the core to give free movement
