I have tried myself to fix the problem by, as you say disassembling to component parts then trying to reassemble. I did get as far as thinking i'd succeded when i got the cone moving freely along its path when moved by hand but when assembled into the speaker it sounded bad! Hello, I have a lovely pair of P45's which have suffered in the hands of a courier and all the bass drivers have locked up. I have had a look for replacement drivers on the net and dont know which way to turn! Can anyone suggest a suitable brand to go for to complement the original spec? Thanks Jeff

I am looking for parts to repair my BM3000-2 back to original condition. I need the external slider parts of the volume and tuner assemblies to complete. I am hoping someone may have the parts available from a doner unit and are willing to let me have them for a small consideration of course! I do have the lower section of the tuner, its the lense and

I bought a 3000-2 not so long ago and I am missing the complete volume and tuning slider assembly's! Otherwise the unit is in good working order and features a white casing, matching my white Beogram 1200, so I dont want to break it for parts. Perhaps we could buy a non functioning, but complete 3000 between us and pull off the bits we want? Another

Hi, I have recently aquired a white BM 3000-2 in need of some light restoration. The volume slider and also the tuner slider is missing. Can any one confirm that these parts are shared with any other BM's or BC's for example the BC 4600? This is also a plea to all you collectors of spare parts who might be able to help me out! For a small consideration

The seller refunded my money and told me to keep them! I think its time to upgrade to silver membership!

I've been messing around with one of the damaged drivers! I managed to split apart the whole magnet assembly without damaging any thing, apparently! I then figured out a way of reassembling using superglue and a vice (and lots of patience!) and hey presto, one working bass driver! The difficult bit was centralising the core to give free movement
