I wish you courage to sort out any technical problems that you will probably encounter , however it's more than sure that you will find much help from the veteran BeoFans - if you need it. I personally have lived with the Beolab 8000 of the 1980's (in some brochures it was called Beolab 8000 instead of Beosystem 8000 ) since 1981

I am sure that if my only problem was to decide which Beosystem would better suit my needs or which Beolab would be a better match to my listening environment , or if I would be better if I discarded all recent Beos and started from scratch a retrosystem , oh! then I think I would not have been happy at all ..... because it is so difficult to decide
