Another thing I noticed, is when I load a CD and press the CD button, the glass only comes down part way. When it reaches approximately the spot where the bottom of the CD is, it goes back up again and asks me to load a CD. It's almost as though the CD is preventing the glass door from coming down full. King, Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I did go back downstairs and try pressing down on the centre of the CD. However, it just seems to not do anything. Hi everyone, I have a huge problem with my newly purchased Beosound 4. While it plays music perfectly off an SD disk, when I load a CD, the glass door closed partially and then prompts me to load the CD again. It's almost as though the CD is not sitting properly in it's slot. There also appears to be a gap between the CD and the metal disk shaped
