  • intermittent working/not working rx-2 turntable.

    Hello AGAIN, to everyone! I posted previously re an RX-2 turntable that worked for 'a while", then...stopped working for "a while'. i was advised that it could be oxide coating on the "press-for on" switch. However, when repeatedly pressing the start up switch on the front right, after 3-4 pushes, i hear a "click"

    Hello Chris! My sincere THANKS!! IS THERE...anything that i can do physically to expose the contacts, and burnish them a bit? Spray cleaners, etc??? IF it IS a possibility, how do i disassemble it enough to expose them? Lastly, do i remember correctly that there is a fuse somewhere inside? I know it's all or none re fuses, but i just happened to

    Hello!.....and help!!!! I have an RX-2 turntable that works for 1-2 months, then stops working for 1 month or so, and will not start, then...miraculously...starts working sometime later.
