• Re: BeoLit 12 is in the shops! Initial impressions?
Actually the Iphone 3GS won't act as a personal hotspot. Only Iphone 4 or later as stated in this Apple support document: Personal Hotspot
Well, offcourse you are right. But at least it's not a hardware limitation. You can run a wifi hotspot from an older iPhone, once it's jailbroken.

  • Re: Mac Integration without any B&O audio master

If your V.MEM is still free, dedicate this one to your Mini. If you add the AV command to your beo4, you will not notice the TV is on. (AV > Vmem) TV has to be in V.OPT2 tough. To control the Mini with your beo4 you will need your dealer to come over, to add the Apple remote in your puc-list.

  • Re: Connect iPhone to Beovision 10

No need to be sorry! I can Airplay all media, including video's and photo and music on my iPhone 3GS. Airplaying a Youtube movie from my iPhone in HD to my ATV still gives the 720p picture. (I thought it might be downscaled, but it isn't) However, I can't mirror the springboard of my iPhone. Nor the apps that are not multimedia related.
I use a 3GS, my wife a 4S, and we have an iPad gen 1. So only my wife's phone can be used for mirroring iPhone game play onto our ATV gen 2.
Are you sure about your 3GS? Because I have no problems to mirror to my ATV2. However my 3GS, as my ATV are jailbroken, but I thought it should work also with none

  • Re: How to Connect a Sonos Connect (ZP90) to a Beovision 7-40 (1st Gen)

Nice try, Elephant. But it will still not work. Your Sonos digital out is 2.0. The 7-40 MK1 is not capable to decode PCM audio, only 5.1. There are 2 solutions: - In order to decode PCM, the TV needs an update. The TV needs to be HD-ready and I guess the TV is earlier made HD-ready, since there is a PS3 connected. And the DSM (Digital Sound Module)

  • Re: Beo Play
No. Its the main reason I don't get the obsession with airplay, and would rather dock the phone on a device since I will be in the same room anyway. Battery life on the phone will be reduced massively using airplay as well, so when you need to actually use it as a phone, you have no battery left.
It's

  • Re: MX7000 en digitenne problemen

Probeer in je instellingen van de decoder (als je het rollend kunt volgen), de video output op CVBS te zetten. Waarschijnlijk staat die op RGB en dat ondersteunt de MX7000 niet.

  • Re: BeoPlayer App updated 1.2.4 released

The streaming format of the BBC stations is not supported with the beoplayer. B&O should narrow down their list of stations in their app.

  • Re: BS 9000 + digitale muziek

Die limiet is alleen van toepassing als je internetradio gebruikt. Een stream van 192 kbps is ongeveer 85Mb per uur. Voor je eigen WLAN is de datalimiet uiteraard niet van toepassing. Dus het valt wel mee.
