I am a plumber so know loads of every trade there is. </p><p>You can see by this photo how good the plastering is.<br /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div> </article> <article> <h1>DSC00221.jpg</h1> <p>Emmanuel92 — Thu, 13 Mar 2008 11:12:00 GMT</p> <p>I didnt get any photos of me painting, but the Sunday 'just gone', i got up early and started to paint.</p><p>Firstly on a freshly plastered surface your fist coat wants to be a watered down coat of emulsion, this will dry fairly quickly, so once i had done that off i went to B&Q to buy the paint that SWMBO had spent weeks contemplating over.</p><p>Got home, white paint on ceiling, three shades of grey on the walls and after 9 hours of painting i sat down to hear SWMBO state that she Hates the shade of grey that went on the chimney brest.</p><p>Currently sat here tonight my room looks like this..... </p><div style="clear:both;"></div> </article> <article> <h1>DSC00208.jpg</h1> <p>Emmanuel92 — Thu, 13 Mar 2008 11:06:00 GMT</p> <p>Most of that weekend was spent knocking off any other loose plaster and 'PVA'ing the walls and ceiling. And now with only the weekend to spare before the plaster turned up i had to prepare for him. </p><p>First thing was the fit some polystyrene sheets between the batons on the two wall with the cableing.
