Well, our new kitten somehow got ahold of my A8 earphones and chomped clean through the wire running to one ear. Anyone out there successfully soldered one of these back together? -- Paul

Hi all, I have posted questions related to this issue in the General Forum, but I guess this is the more appropriate forum for things B&O which have died... I have now spend hours working on this Penta III amp unit and have had no luck. I began with the powerlink cables, and the BC9500 and can confidently...

Both speakers on my BeoVision 2000 have suffered foam rot, and therefore have bits missing. I suspect that refoaming such small drivers is not practical - are the originals, or something very similar still available? Mark

Newbie here--first post I've got a pair of Beolab 6000s from about 1996. The rubber surrounds in all four midrange speakers are cracked/torn. I would like to repair them, but the surrounds that are sold on ebay do not fit these speakers. I have some skill at this and I want to repair them myself...
