  • Connect BeoPort to masters

    Hi Beophiles. I have just moved my Beoport from my office/Macbook into my loungeroom which has a BV10 and BC2 and MacMini Server. I want to connect the Beport to the MV10/BC2 and use BM-Link for Net Music/Net Radio while using Front Row for video stuff. I don't want to use my iPhone to control everything...

    Hi! If I connect the audio master (for exemple a Besound Overture) to a Beovision and put it in a.opt 0 will it still be the audio master? If not, is it then also possible to connect a Beoport in opt.0 to the Beovision and controll everything via the Beovision and thereby distribute to link rooms...

    Hi I am using Linkplay on my mac connected to Beoport. In the main room I have a Beosound 3000 and a BV 8-32. But I do not see song title in the display of the Beosound 3000. Why? Linkplayer is configured to show on 8 and 12-characters displays. How do I see song info on my Beovison 8-32? The music plays...

  • Beoport with Beolab 2000

    Today i tried connecting beoport with the new version (5.0XX) of software connect via ML to beolab 2000. I think i connected every thing correctly but still no sound My Setup: 3.5mm laptop out to 3.5mm beoport in, usb from laptop to beoport, ML from beoport to beolab 2000, option 0 What is wrong here...

    Hi All: This is a great forum and I am getting familiar with B&O stuff as I read more on these forums. Issue: Got a beoport for about 100 dollars.... got it with out thinking through it.     I have connected an Avant and BeoPort by MasterLink. Using a Beo4 from the Avant, I can access the N.MUSIC, CD and VCD on the BeoPort PC.   • BeoPlayer on Linux?

    Has anyone here tried running BeoPlayer in Linux, using a Windows emulator, such as Wine? I'm looking for any helpful hints before I try it for myself... I'm told that Wine configuration can be tricky. Mark

    no 64 bit :-( checked with a Win7-64 on my laptop The software installation is without problems, but the USB device driver will not be installed, so it's useless :-( Please can somebody give a wake-up call to B&O - 64bit is absolutly necessary in times of usual RAM > 3GB
