• Control Xbox 360 from Beo4/BV7?

I have an XBOX360 connected to my BV7 through HDMI, usually I use the setup for gaming but I have begun to watch movies through the XBOX Zune rental movie service. So I was thinking if it's possible to use the Beo4 remote instead of the ugly xbox one? I'm still new to the "B&O way"...

  • DVB-S Software Update

Does anyone know, how the inbuilt DVB-S (Satellite Module) on Beovision7 updates its software?? As far as i know you have to be on Astra Satellite. But is it done automatically or you have to be watching a specific channel/broadcast?

  • Beovision 7-32 failure to recognise remotes

Quick question. We have a 7-32 which must now be 3-4 years old. In recent weeks it has started -on a fairly random basis - to not recognise our remotes. At this point nothing works. We can't change channels, change volume or even switch the TV off. We have to switch the TV off at the wall. When plugged...

  • BV7 says 'WAIT' then swithces off

Hello all, Have had the builders round who switched off the mains and therefore cut the power to the system for several hours. Subsequently the BV7 and Beocentre 2 asked for the pin which I entered correctly. The Beocentre works just fine (dispalying the radio name on the BV7 LED panel) but the BV7 fails...

  • Re: Apple TV and BV7-32
As a general rule of thumb if your BVIS 7-32" is running software lower than 7.0, you will need the scalar panel upgrading in order to have the hi-def sockets live!! Merry Christmas StUrrock
Sorry to dig up a topic as old as this. I am (was) about to purchase...

  • [Surround & digital audio] >>> Beolab 5

I know this has been discussed several times, but things change and I would be very happy for some up-to-date info. My current setup: iMac (ctrl by iPhone) > Airport Exp. (analog out) > BS9000 (M-link) > BV 7-40 MkIII > (P-link) BL7-4+2BL5+2BL3 also (for viewing pictures, youtube, short films...

Dear all, I am facing a major problem with my BV7. The TV was switched off and all leads were unplugged for two weeks (as we were on a holiday). Now as I plugged the set in and tried to switch it on it doesn't react on any command from the remote nor the DVD load button. The only thing visible is...
