    Henry:

    Alex:
Because its originally designed by Samsung

Are you saying that Samsung designed our BeoSound 6 even before B&O had any say in its design?

I havent said something like this. BS6 is a great product go and buy it you won't regret it :D I need stuff

Back to topic look at the x-ray pictures on serenatamobile.com there you can see the two speakers and a 2megapix cam on the backside.

If you slide the phone you can listen to your music over the ICE loud and without headphones

I´m not a big fan of BS6, it´s to much Samsung design. But Beo has made some improvements inside. Better sound etc.

    It´s not magic - it´s Bang & Olufsen

Well, just checked the site for an update and we have about 4 hours of waiting left. So what will happen when the timer reaches the end? A cyber fireworks display? Messages along the lines of, "SERENTA IS HERE! GET YOUR WALLET OUT AND COME ON DOWN!" Perhaps nothing at all, just a blank screen? Looking forward to seeing it either way as I am in the market for a new mobile phone. How many Beoworlders will be buying this product?

    Re: http://www.serenatamobile.com/

I assume the web page will open up and we'll get to go through and look at it

I don't have the money to have both the serene and serenata, and i am stuck on the design and simplicity of the serene, so i won't be buying one in the near future.

I know what you mean David because I do like the styling and the simplicity of the Serene phone. Having said that, its always difficult to pass judgement without seeing a phone in real life so I am hoping the dealers will have the Serenata in pretty soon. I wonder what 'gimmicks' if any, it will have? That's what usually does it for me! The opening and closing of the Serene was a nice little touch I have to say. As a Serene user David, what would you say about it generally? Has it been a good phone? Reliable and easy to use? Any problems along the way? Worth the price tag?

    Re: http://www.serenatamobile.com/

Yeah i know that it's not possible to judge before seeing it, but as i said i'm not interested in buying one over the Serene... unless it's the same price, which it probably won't be.

Oh sorry i haven't bought the phone yet, but have used one and it is just something to absolutely fall in love with. The way it looks when it's open is incredible, and it's so different to other phones. On that note, the moment my contract ends (which is relatively soon) i will be there at my dealer purchasing one. To me it's worth the extra money, other wise i would be wanting to hand over so much of my hard earned! Wink

    Cool webpage BTW Simon!

    Well I have been there.

I plan to see this new mobile phone in the flesh before I make any judgment.

    Let's see then.
