The added benefit of sock-weighing is also eco-friendly as one doesn't need to throw out a sock which will easily do another two days!
Doesn't really matter if you end up with an odd number of socks as, the next week, you may have to demote a singular sock!
I wonder how many penguins I have saved by my ritual sock-weighing?

    Andy T.

Big Smile  Wink  Mate, how much environmental damage are you doing by weighing sox with a battery or electric-powered scale?  Likewise, how much environmental damage are you doing by NOT reusing or recycling your 16 gr. sox? Smile  Will you now also weigh your underwear to avoid similar embarrassment? Hmm

Suggest this be next Wednesday's topic.  Laughing Stick out tongue

    Puncher:
Can't read the truck - what does it say?????

"Stuart Taylor International, Specialists in Temperature Controlled ????".  Is this truck the place where all the penguins will go if Lee's "stuff the hole in the ozone layer with Andy's old sox" fails?

Who is "Mavis"?  Is that "Mavis" in the photo, next to the beer keg?

    Hi Wings.
I didn't realise I had posted the name of the photo'
Mavis was my good lady wife who I sadly lost a year and a half ago.
I used to take Mavis all over Europe in my lorry and yes she is sitting next to the beer keg/water barrel. The photo' was taken in Izola in Slovenia.
