Thanks for the compliments! It is on a motorised wall bracket available from www.stbbrackets.co.uk, installed by Bang & Olufsen of Newcastle, UK.

Wow.. This is the bracket I wanted for my bv10 as well. Would it be possibile for you to upload of video showing the motorized movement?

Well, lets see now!! Just ordered a replacement fret under warranty. Hopefully rectifiefd the issue??

Yes of course!!

It is not just the white fret that is changeable under warranty but all colours!
