Looks very good with the iPad. Very impressed!

Just tested the BeoPlayer (the iPhone-App for the Beosound 8). It`s nicely done - and also works without an Beosound 8.

The only thing that has to be added is full support for the iPad  - Due to the fact, that it is an iPhone App, it will work on the iPad but does not support the full Screen solution.

I searched quite a while for a clock with Alarm for my iPad - but I never liked the design of what I found. Now this little App is done right - it works great, nice alarm sound (the B&O "Chime") and now I want it for my iPad :-). For now I will use the iphone-version. But I will rate it 5 Stars in the App Store when it is an universal App for iPhone & iPad (gave it a 4 Star for now).

BTW - got an airport express for airplay - but I am not too sure I really need it.

To finish the whole thing off, download the Panerai screensaver clock App! You'll just have to see.

I see someone is selling one on e-bay for twice the price of buying it from a dealer! Looks as if it will be a welcome success story for B&O.

I was in two minds about the BS8 as I've still yet to see it in the flesh. I must say these pictures have convinced me it certainly looks great & I'll make more of an effort to go and see one.

I too downloaded the app, though I don't have the BeoSound 8, and used it to wake myself up this morning.  (iPhone 3)

Guess what?  NO SNOOZE!!!

No Snooze? That's funny because my iPhone 4 did have Snooze even after terminating the Beoplayer: When the next snooze was due, the iPhone restarted the Beoplayer until I turned off the Alarm manually
