    Re: Flash your B&O!

    Good question. I have my S120's without the drills but I think the 150's might look better in my eyes. I would still be tempted to show off the drivers though :)

    My current setup in my media room. Lights, projector and a motorized screen driven by a Lintronic box complete the "poor man's beoliving".

    I am quite pleased with the Beolab 5, earth shaking bass watching moviesCool

    Here's a pic of my *new* from Frede at Classic Audio Beloab 5000/Beomaster 5000 combo.  Sitting beside it is the stereowidth box.  I have connected to it 2 Beovox 5000 speakers, 4 Beovox 2500s, and 1 Beovox 3000 as the center.  Quality is simply astounding.  The Beovox 2500s are simply amazing as far as their quality of work.

    Thanks!  Interesting note about the Beovox 2500 when I was getting the emails from Frede during the restoration process:

    "However the original (1967) color (Beovox 2500) is absolutely NOT black as many people think, but a kind of very dark blue / dark grey color."

    Follow Peter's link and scroll down until you see quite a nice wall mounted BeoSound 9000 ...

    First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

    I agree, the Avant is the best looking CRT. Also, the Avant with Beolab 1s is one of the most spectacular looking combinations from B and O I have seen. We have a red Avant with red Beolab 1s and while they look wonderful, they do not look anywhere near as beautiful as your silver setup, the wall behind them is just perfect for them!

    Are those M70's?  Just got a pair.  And the Beomaster......is that......The Precious?!?!  I can't tell, but I DON'T think it has the sloping face.

    Current primary listening:  SMMC20EN -> BG4002 -> BM4000 -> Beovox M70
