    Thank you very much for your answer. It sounds like the products are not as good as they look like. I guess I have to take another look around.

    Yes, I liked the picture of it very much - I then looked at it at the stilwerk in Duesseldor. To be honest it looked a bit "el cheapo". Seems that I am to much into high quality materials (Alu, steel, wood). This thing is made from an acryl tube - from close it does not look high end. But at the time I was looking I was amazed by the quality of the "ocular" lamps, created by "lichtimraum"- in a nutshell nothing I have seen before compared to these "ocular lamps".
